We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director for our client, a huge multinational corporation in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.

We encourage to apply individuals who have extensive managerial experience in the HR field and are looking for new professional challenges in this area. 


  • Managing and supervising extensive HR team (recruitment, HRBP, BPO, employer branding, benefits),
  • Collaborating with senior management,
  • Streamlining processes through digitization and automation of HR services,
  • Conducting research and analysis of organizational trends, including reviewing reports and metrics from the organization's Human Resources Information System or talent management system,
  • Developing HR networks (internally and externally),
  • Participating in HR conferences to build local visibility,
  • Sharing best practices with other,
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring the department's budget,
  • Planning, developing, coordinating, and implementing policies, training, initiatives, and research to support the organization's HR compliance and strategic needs in alignment with corporate HR strategy,
  • Developing and implementing with best practices for hiring experts and entry-level employees, with input from campus strategy and Employer Branding initiatives,
  • Monitoring and ensuring the organization's compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviewing and modifying policies and practices to maintain compliance,
  • Facilitating professional development, training, and certification activities for HR professionals,
  • Leading processes and projects related to transformation and change management,
  • Coordinating M&A projects and supporting post-merger integration processes.


  • Strong communication skills, organizational and fast learning ability are required,
  • 7 years of experience in a similar, high position,
  • Higher education in the field of HR, other studies that expand HR and management knowledge are welcomed,
  • Experience as manager in multinational corporation,
  • Excellent ability to delegate assignments,
  • Broad managerial and operational skills,
  • Exhaustive knowledge and experience with employer branding, recruitment and salaries,
  • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and regulations,
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and labour laws,
  • Ablity to apply knowledge to communicate policy, practice, and resource changes to senior management,
  • Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR professionals,
  • Ability to create, develop and implement new initiatives to minimize attrition, and ensure business results and customer fulfilment.
