RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identyfying new business opportunities
- Internal and external relationship management and caring for the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Leading and working with Customer Team to resolve all customer operational performance issues
- Close cooperation with Production to meet customer requirements and company profits
- Managing regular reviews of program milestones and / or KPI measurements
- Conducting presentations for clients, visiting at either customer or company locations and caring for a professional company image
- Responsibility for the implementation of the budget
- Develop and monitor program budget to meet fiscal objectives
- Manage program risk, including risk analysis, tracking, and mitigation
- Reporting on revenues, losses and customer service level in a daily and weekly manner
- Assisting other functions to achieve company-wide continuous improvement initiatives e.g. efficiency, quality, TAT, customer satisfaction
- Creating customer required reports utilizing system data
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Experience in account or program management
- Exceptional communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Effective analytical, financial and budgetary skills including proficiency with Excel
- Demonstrated organizational entrepreneurialism, foresight, and innovative thinking experience necessary for strategic plan execution
- Ability to manage and complete complex projects with multi-month timelines and competing priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to evaluate risk and make timely decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, motivational, consulting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic and fast paced environment with diverse teams
